Answer: Hello dear, during pregnancy your HB level should be 10 or more. But during third trimester it's common to get little anemic. You should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, rajma,beet,egg , chicken,fish and in fruits banana, pomogranate, black grape etc. Hope it will help you.
