34 weeks pregnant mother

Question: My doctor asked to monitor glucose levels at home. FBS, one hour post breakfast-lunch-dinner. Readings were below 120 and sometimes below 130. Showed to doctor and said it's normal and ok. And asked to check at clinic in fasting. It was above 130. So doctor again asked me to monitor again at home till next visit. It was again in normal range below 120 or below 130. During visit doctor askes again to check at clinic in fasting. Result was above 130. What should I consider?

As you got a tendency of diabetes it's better to follow a pregnancy diabetic diet. you should follow a protein and fibre rich diet. 50% of your plate should fill with protein and rest 50% percent should fil with dietary fibres and good facts. For protein you can include lentils legumes paneer Tofu soya bean chicken fish and egg in your regular diet. Vegetables, whole grains and fruits are excellent source of fibre. Nuts Archies cards Jagat are good source of fats. Along with this diet drink adequate amount of water to keep yourself hydrated. Break your four major meals into small six meals.
