Answer: Hello dear. Your toddler's diet will begin to resemble that of the rest of the family, with three meals and two snacks each day. Few of the foods are: Whole milk. Other dairy products like cheese, panner, curds, yogurt. Iron-fortified cereals like wheat, barley. Other grains like whole wheat bread, pasta, rice Fruits like melon, papaya, apricot, grapefruit Vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower cooked until soft. All the best.

Answer: Hi Since your baby is just 3 months old I would b best if you breastfeed her exclusively for 6months it would help her deVelop her immunity as well as protect her from bacteria and infection. Once she is 6 months you can slowly start on with solids introducing one at a time As far as bm schedule is concerned feed her atleast after every 3 hours or when ever she demands ie in a more shorter interval of time and ensure you include vegetables and fruits in your diet to ensure good supply of nutrients to the baby
