Answer: Hi.. Dear it is nothing like that, delivery can happen one week prior or one week later, that doesn't make much difference... Whether it is a normal or a cesarean delivery.. no one can assure you till the end whether you will have a normal or a cesarean delivery from before hand. However, you can climb stairs and do squats as well, approximately 20 reps in a day. But, I can give a general advice, which is common for all expecting mothers. However, you need to take approval from your gynaecologist, before doing these exercises, because she aware of your case.
Answer: hi dear! so if the difference is 1 week then its not a major problem dear. and you should check for the sugar levels if you have not checked for it recently dear. just keep a track on the baby's growth dear. and dont worry about the c section . take care dear. i hope this information is helpful to you!

Question: Why my vomitings not controlled I am 13 week pregnant how I should control it
Answer: To help prevent and treat nausea during pregnancy, try: Avoiding foods and smells that trigger your nausea. Keeping soda crackers by your bed and eating a couple before getting up. Allow some time for digestion, and rise slowly once you are ready. Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day instead of three big meals. Drinking less water/fluids with your meals, and instead drink them between meals. Eating more dry, plain foods such as white rice, dry toast, or a plain baked potato instead of richer, creamier foods. Keeping rooms well ventilated or having a fan close by for easier breathing. If neither of these are possible, take time to go outside to get some fresh air. Getting plenty of rest; Listen to your body when you are feeling fatigued, and try lying down.
