Question: My baby's birth weight is 1.5 kg niw he is 4 months and having 4.6 kg weight. So please tell me the growth chart of prematured baby

Answer: Hello dear. In general, a baby should gain about a quarter of an ounce (30 grams) each day for every pound (1/2 kilogram) he or she weighs. (This is equal to 15 grams per kilogram per day. So ur baby shoupd have gained 60 grams on an average in first month. Hope it helps.
