Answer: Hi dear. if your baby is having a cough and cold then give steam to you baby massage her chest and throat will you come this Agni and let her be cover first and then start semi solids for your baby and during starting days you should give more than water and rice water to your baby, keep giving it for 15 days and after that start homemade Cerelac with very liquid consistency but after introducing any food is your supposed to observe her for at least three days so that you may know that baby is having any kind of allergy from any particular food or is it digesting it properly. 1.Offer your baby plenty of fluids through his regular feedings of formula or breast milk.
2.Run a warm-mist humidifier in your baby's room while he sleeps to moisten his airways and break up mucus.
3.Warm mustard oil with a few kalonji seeds and 2 garlic cloves.apply on baby's chest,under the nose,back of feet and palms.massage gently.
