Answer: Hello, there are few signs that if baby is showing then your baby should be getting enough milk: Your baby is feeding at least six to eight times in 24 hours.Breastfeeding feels comfortable and you’re free of pain in your breast and nipple after the first few sucks, once your milk has let down.Your breasts feel softer and less full after feeds.Your nipple looks the same shape as when the feed began, or is slightly elongated.Your baby looks a healthy colour, and has firm skin that bounces right back if you pinch it gently.Your baby is alert when he’s awake, and readily ‘asks’ for feeds.Your baby is wetting two or three wet nappies in the first 48 hours, and more as the days go past. Once he's more than five days old, he should have at least six wet nappies every 24 hours. His wee should be pale.You can hear your baby swallow while he’s feeding, and he seems to be latched on properly.Your baby has a slow and steady suck-and-swallow rhythm, and pauses during feeds. Answer: Till 6 months of age a baby can solely depends on bm, if the mother doesnt have any kind of medical condition.A baby wont keep its mouth shut if hungry. That's inbuilt. They usually cry for 2 basic reasons: 1 is out of hunger & 2 is for sleep. After 6 months only solid food should be accompanied along with bm. Mothers milk is the power house of nutrients,vitamins & minerals.

Answer: If your baby is peeing 6-7 times in a day and is not very cranky and is gaining weight as he she should..then it's okay...not a sign of less milk...it's just that your body is producing milk as much as needed by baby...
