Answer: Hi dear! So blood in stools is not normal dear . It is suggestive of infection dear. You will have to get the stool test done for any infection so that antibiotics can be given to you dear. So do this test and take the reports to your doctor so that medicine will be given. Also it can take place due to constipation if your baby had it. After constipation there can be damage of the lining of the anal canal which can cause a little blood seen in stools dear Take care dear.
