16 months old baby

Question: My 16 months old girl doesn't sleep on time at bedtime. She takes more than one hour to go to sleep after i put her down with me.

Answer: Hello, that's all normal with the babies as soon as they go to bed for sleep they tend to play for at least half an hour or one hour on bed , even my daughter used to do the same thing so I used to take her to the bed bit earlier so that by the time she plays it would have been sleeping time. You can also do the same thing take her to the bed bit earlier so that by the time she plays it will be time up for sleeping. Hope this helps.
