Question: My daughter whatever she eats she do potty
Answer: Hi dear, It happens in the first year of baby.thwir digestive system.is still developing and food is not processed fast.so it's better to give less food at a time,so that less strain is on their gut.also remember donot force feed.as it could backfire like this.make sure baby is not allergic to some of the solid food you are offering.cow milk is a strict no atleast for 1 year of baby age.please donot offer any non veg items too.avoid oil, sugar and even salt till first year.they have a very sensitive and sharp taste buds, moreover giving salt at this stage would put more strain on their kidney.yhe amount of sodium required would be enough from the natural food itself.so do not put salt.observe the food items offered to baby and which food is irritating more.

Question: My baby is 13 months old. Whatever he eats he omits plz suggest me some thing
Answer: Hi Dear! It cud be dud to the texture or gag reflex which is very common in babies who hv not had any textured food earlier.. Try giving finger food instead. Big enough for him to hold and chomp. Something soft like a piece of ripe guava, or cooked carrot or pumpkin, or steamed apple. Let him hold and eat it. Even better is something crunchy that breaks up easily in the mouth like a paper dosa or rawa uttapam. It will gradually get better as he gets used to manipulate the food in the mouth. But if you leave it too long it will be more difficult for baby to make the transition. Hope this helps!
