Agar aapko gas ki problem hai to Aap Ek baar me kam khaiye aur har 2-3 ghante pr kuch khaiye. Aap apni diet me se Fried foods, excess sweets,cabbage, cauliflower,beans ,Chan's Dal etc. Khane ko avoid kijiye. Khana khane k baad 10 minutes walk krne ka niyam bna lijiye isse aapko baut aaram milega.
Apne khane me liquid diet jyada se jyada lijiye. Aap sauf, jira, methi ko 1 litre water me boil kijiye fir din me kai bar adarak ka juice dalkar 1 cup pijiye. Specially khane ke bad. Isse aaram milega.
