Question: Hello mam agar mere husband sex karna chahe to m kar sakti hu kya isse mere baby or Mujhe Koi problem to nai...
Answer: Most women who are having a normal pregnancy may continue to have sex right up until their water breaks or they go into labor.  a baby isn't hurt when a pregnant woman and her partner make love. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus protect the baby, and the thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection. During intercourse, the penis doesn't go beyond the vagina, so it won't reach the baby. You may have to experiment to find the positions that are comfortable for you. Finding a comfortable position for intercourse becomes more of a challenge as your belly grows. For example, the missionary position (man on top) becomes increasingly difficult as your pregnancy progresses and is nearly impossible late in pregnancy. (If you do use this position after the first trimester, wedge a pillow under you so you're tilted and not flat on your back, and make sure your partner supports himself so his weight is not on your abdomen.)

Question: mere pet me bahut jalan Hori h kuch dino se... plz muje Kuch bataiye mai Kia karu... plz help me
Answer: you can try these remedies 1. COCONUT WATER Since coconut water is a natural acid neutralizer, drinking it can provide immediate and easy relief. And with the latest boom in coconut water, it’s easier to get than ever. 2. PAPAYA This delicious fruit has a natural enzyme that relieves heartburn. You can eat the fruit itself, as long as it is ripe. But you can also take chewable papaya enzyme, found in any health food store. 3. FENNEL SEEDS Fennel seed tea and fennel seed oil both work great to ward off heartburn by soothing the digestive tract and reducing acid and inflammation. 4. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR Consuming apple cider vinegar actually sends a message to your stomach to stopproducing acid, thus your heartburn is relieved. It’s one of those small wonders of the world. 5. RAW ALMONDS The oil found in almonds neutralizes stomach acid and soothes your symptoms. They’re also a great source of calcium and protein. So eat up! 6. SAUERKRAUT Sauerkraut, and all fermented foods (like pickles, kimchi, and kefir) reduce heartburn. And over time, they can actually improve the health of your stomach by providing beneficial bacteria to your gut. 7. MILK & HONEY Add a tablespoon of honey into warm milk, and enjoy a sweet treat that might just help your heartburn.
