Answer: Hi dear during first trimester due to nausea and vomiting we are unable to consume healthy food even we consume also it will come out so decreasing in wt is common in first 4 months from 5 th month you may feel healthy and automatically starts gaining weight try to eat and healthy food include lots of fruits and dry fruits milk banana etc will helps you to increase weight
