Question
Answer: Hi.. Dear you can sleep on your side. Sleeping on back for a little while is ok, but not longer. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow (Maternity pillow) between your legs... You can use little balm is you want..

Question: having a lots of pain on my left side just down the breask pls suggest something pain is too much
Answer: Hello dear The pain and soreness is caused by pressure from the top of your growing uterus, as well as baby kicking or punching the area. Sore ribs are usually on the side of the baby's position and can be felt just below the breasts. Apply a warm compress. Cover breasts with warm, wet towel for 10-15 minutes. The warmth increases blood circulation, reducing swelling and tenderness. Check with your doctor first, but soaking in a warm bath (below 100 degrees Fahrenheit), can work wonders with pain reduction.
