Question: Main kuch v protein nahi le rahi hu... sirf murmuri khati hu... mujhe abb kya khana chahiye... or fruits me kya khana chahiye... can i eat ripe papaya?

Answer: Dont eat ripe papaya if u want to have then nly 2-3 pieces..u have to include paneer ..besan...pulses in ur diet
Answer: You can't eat papaya dear. Eat any other fruit and take vitamins and proteins for pregnant women only.
Answer: Also u can consult doctor and take protein powder in milk..my doc suggested dat

Avoid eating or drinking citrus fruits as it can give u acidity. Do not eat papaya pineapple as they contain high estrogen levels r bad for ur baby. Keep physically active by walking stretching etc so u have fresh oxygen to ur blood.
