Answer: Nothing to worry. But tsh is high it should not be more than 5 and in pregnancy it is kept low to 4 . Kindly consult doctor otherwise my suggestion is to take eltroxin 2.5 daily empty stomach. It is safe during pregnancy

Answer: Dear 2 things that helped me in making my duaghter gain weight during pregnancy was having mama proteinex with milk thrice a day and also adding 1 tablespoon ghee to milk once a day. Hope it helps.
