8 weeks pregnant mother

Question: M suffering from vomiting...it happens at least once daily.....i dont like to eat anything....my intake is even less than before....i think instead of gaining ...i will loose weight.....m wrried if will affect my babyz growth......if its normal to have these things

Answer: Hi dear for Vomiting drink ginger tea, eat a few pomegranate seeds or eat lemon pickle, dry Amla, honey also helps , smell an orange peel all these work well to stop vomiting.
Answer: In the first 3 months due to vomiting sensation food intake decreases and hence there is no weight

Answer: Eat not that much but don't give break for long duration ..you can eat something in gap of 2-3 hour it will digest easily and don't worry about baby ....baby take intake from our body also but you have to take care of your body so that it will not be weak after your delivery....

Answer: Hello dear Drinking milk is very necessary in pregnancy to have an adequate amount of calcium. But if u don't like milk then better is to have a variety of other calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, dark leafy greens almonds and calcium-fortified orange juice.
