Question: M having pain in right leg joints....also have pain in lower abdomen sometimes....is it normal?

Answer: Hello mam, pain in lower abdomen is normal in pregnancy as your organs are constantly shifting, your uterus is expanding. Your body is stretching this may cause a little or sometime sharpen the pain. Gas can also cause abdominal pain it may stay at one area or travel from left to right or back and chest. Try eating small and several meals throughout the day and drink lots of fluids. Light walk may also help to reduce the pain avoid junk and fries foods as much as u can. During pregnancy our body undergoes lot of changes and hormonal imbalances so it's normal just try some simple steps at home stretch ur calf muscles immediately by straightening ur leg, heel first and gently flexing your toes back towards your shins. This stretch might hurt first but it will ease and gradually make the pain go away. After stretch, massage the muscles with warm water bottle to relax the tissue. So this way u can help to ease the pain in legs.

Answer: Hi dear lower abdomen is due to stretch of ur utreus due to baby size increase back pain and leg pain is also due to ur body getting change its gravitational centre. Do take rest and take warm water bath.do mild exercise and have balanced diet do sleep on ur left don't sleep straight .tske help of pillow. U can soak ur legs i. Warm salty water for leg pain.for back pain surely fo warm compress.
