Question: M having pain from neck to back ...also having pain in legs nd thighs back hips what is the remedy ..i also giving massage using hot water bag but still its not going

Answer: Hi dear, Back pain is quite common especially in the last trimester.but some women do have back pains from 2 nd trimester itself.due to increase in body weight along with rapid growth of baby,it takes toll on your back.try the following tips to comfort yourself: 1- maintain a good posture 2- keep yourself active,never sit or stand in one place for long 3-hot and cold compress works to relax the muscles 4- donot lift heavy objects,which could strain your back 5- always bend after folding your knees 6- sleep in your sides 7- check your calcium and vitamin D levels 8- wear comfortable shoes or slippers.acoid heals.

Answer:  When you become pregnant your body undergoes lots of changes and one is vaginal discharge or white discharge. Normally it is called as leukorrhea which is thin white milky and little Smell. Its normal in pregnancy and nothing to worry on. But in any point of time if you feel it's heavy discharge, more like watery urine kind of, change in color like reddish, pinkish, brownish , pale yellow and greenish with itching and burning that needs to be reported to your doctor as soon as possible. One of the most common vaginal infections during pregnancy is candidiasis, also known as a yeast infection. Back pain is often caused by pregnancy hormones relaxing your ligaments, the tough tissues that connect your joints. The weight you naturally gain and changes to your posture as your bump grows can add to the problem. You're most likely to feel pain in your lower back. But you may also feel discomfort in your upper back, shoulders, between your breasts, and in your ribcage. Sitting or standing in one position for a long time may make your back pain worse. If you exercise regularly, it's fine to continue, but listen to your body. Gentle exercise, such as walking and stretching, may relieve your stiffness and pain. But don't force yourself if you feel pain, as you could strain your ligaments further. Gentle massage can ease backache, but the effects tend to be temporary. To support your back and prevent pain, fold a thick towel lengthwise and place it perpendicular to your body at the point on your waist or you can use pregnancy pillow. Hip pain during pregnancy is a common symptom that you may experience. This discomfort is most often felt late in pregnancy, specifically during the third trimester. This occurs because your body is preparing itself for labor. Soreness and pain are often felt the strongest on the side where the baby tends to lie in your uterus. Practicing exercises that strengthen both the back muscles, as well as, your abdominal muscles will likely reduce hip pain. 1. One exercise that may provide relief is elevating your hips above chest level while lying on your back for a couple of minutes. 2.Taking a warm bath or applying warm compresses to the area can reduce pain. As you get closer to your delivery date, make sure to sleep on your side and keep your legs and knees bent. place a pillow or blanket at the small of your back and sleep leaning against it. This will reduce pressure on the hip you are sleeping on.
