Question: hi .i have been suffering from cold n fever ..please suggest a mild medicine ..
Answer: Hello! If you have fever, please consult the doctor for medicine. For cold you can try home remedies which I tried during my pregnancy and we're effective too. Make a kadha of black pepper, tulsi, ginger and have it twice a day, have ginger tea, take steam, if you have pain in throat then do salt water gargle. Also you can take ginger juice with honey thrice a day for cough. Apart from that have turmeric milk before bed everyday regularly, this helps to heal from inside. Take care
