You should check on your bp levels
Also check if there is water retention.

You should keep your feet raised
You can keep a pillow below your feet when you are sleeping.
And even when you are sitting try to keep your feet on some small stool so that it is elevated..this will help to reduce the swelling
You should also soak your legs in warm water fir relief

It will help the swelling to go .
