Question: It's my 11 week. I m having more vomitings... Taking medicine but after each drink and eating. Vomete comes.. Pls suggest

Answer: Hello! Vomiting is common during the first trimester. Try these to help you with it 1. Have 6-7 small meals 2.drink plenty of water. 3. Take ginger lemon water with honey. 4. mix one teaspoon each of lemon juice and mint juice with one-half teaspoon of ginger juice and one tablespoon of honey.
