Answer: hello dear, yes you can feed your first baby if your milk flow is still there. But remember one thing as your nursing one baby and carrying another baby in you, your diet should be very nutrutious. Eat protein rich and fat rich diet . You have to consume 1 litre Milk or dairy products per day. And keep yourself well hydrated. I hope this information will help you.

Question: How far it is safe to breastfeed elder baby while pregnant. My first kid is 20months old. And i m in second trimester of second pregnancy.
Answer: Hi desr actually there is no such harm in feeding ur baby during anytime of ur pregnancy but u need to take care that u r taking ur prenatal Medicine and having a proper diet to manage a proper neutrition to ur body. But it is advisable to practice ur baby to stop having breastmilk after 1st trimester as it will get difficult for u due to back paim and other side affects I'm 2nd trimester which cam give u hard time while breastfeeding. Also it's better to practice ur baby eaely as when u will delivery then it will be difficult to feed ur both babies so I suggest u to stop giving breastmilk and divert baby mind on other thing. If u start right now then may be in a month time u will get success.

Question: Is it safe eating fish during first and second trimester
Answer: Hello dear. You should limit how much you eat of these fish to two portions a week. Shark, swordfish and marlin contain much higher levels of mercury, so you shouldn't eat these fish at all while you're pregnant. Instead, you can eat as much as you want of any of the following salmon, tilapia, shrimp, tuna (canned-light), cod, and catfish.  You can also confirm this with your doctor before consuming. Take care.
