Question
Answer: Hello dear. The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. Take care.

Question: my baby is in transverse lie position what to do?
Answer: Hello! Transverse lie means that your baby is lying sideways across your tummy, rather than in a head-down position. ... If not, your doctor will recommend a planned caesarean as it won't be possible for your baby to be born vaginally. You may also have extra care in the final weeks of your pregnancy.
