Question: Im 14 th week pregnant im having full of dizziness due to that im having vomitings severely and burning sensation in throat and stomach why and leg cramps please help with answer is

Answer: Hi dear, welcome to pregnancy. Your morning sickness is in full gear and hence all these symptoms. Dont worry, these symtoms can be controlled. Avoid spicy and tangy food. Eat food that is easily digestible. Drink pomegranate juice, which controls vomiting. Walking daily will help with the leg cramps. Sleep with a oillow under your legs to kkep them elevated
Answer: Consult your doctor for check up. Don't rely on anybody. Your doctor will prescribe you with some medicine for vomiting and weakness.. As well as for gastric and leg cramps.. In 1st trimester its qite common to have such feelings. Most of the women feel same. So no need to panic. And vist your doctor.
