4 months old baby

Question: I was breastfeeding my baby until one day he completely refused and only wanted to be bottle fed. Hes 4 months now and I want to resume breastfeeding but am afraid my milk has dried up. What can I do to relactate? Will exclusive pumping help as my baby wont latch.

Answer: Hello there... I know what you must feel right now. Try pumping your breastmilk and try to measure the quantity And if possible please try to taste your breastmilk. Have you tried ayurvedic I had used Galact it really works for me. The more the baby sucks the more milk will be produced. Try changing your diet. Include foods which can generate breastmilk.
