You need to include plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein, fibre and carbohydrates in your diet. Have lot of juices.. Have atleast two to three glasses of milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, boiled rice, potatoes, bananas etc.. Your weight will definitely improve, do not miss your meals .
