Answer: No Worry Dear! Growing uterus and hormonal changes in your body be the reason for lower back pain in the third trimester. You do some proper exercise to get rid off the back pain. Please don't try this exercise at home. Better to do infront of good trainers. Stretching exercises to increase the flexibility in the muscles that support your back and legs. Walking is always easy to make it a part of your daily routine. Please take care of yourself. Because, it's not only your problem dear. It's also be your baby problem. May be they feel discomfort sometime inside your womb and kick up hardly with much angry.
