Answer: From now till labour your baby will grow at very rapid rate, for which you need to provide extra calories from nutrients dense food, so that your baby gains weight in healthy manner.

Thats correct weight..at 22 weeks babies weight should be atleast 430gms and now your baby is at normal weight...do take more healthy diets as baby ll gain more weight in third trimester
