The abdomen may feel hard or tight to the touch, and can cause discomfort and pain....Pains is also normal in pregnancy. Try to take rest. And increase your liquid diet. Try to walk 10 to 15 minutes after taking meal. It will help you. try these remedies.... A good home remedy for bloating and gas is to boil three or four teaspoons of fennel seeds (saunf) and cumin (jeera) in one litre of water. Cool it and take frequent sips through the day with a bit of sugar to make it tasty. Socked fenugreek seeds and giger juice will also help.

Answer: Hello, During pregnancy your body releases a hormone called relaxin which causes the joint in your pelvis (the sacroiliac joint) to loosen to make room for the baby. Sometimes this joint can become overly flexible to where your pelvis is misaligned resulting in back, hip and even thigh pain. A Physical Therapist who specializes in womens health and pregnancy can do some resistance exercises with you to get your pelvis back into alignment.  what you can contact your gynecologist for the same.
