Answer: hello dear, vomiting, feeling weakness or headache these all are parts of initial stages of pregnancy. So don't worry it will slows down with the time. I will also suggest you take proper rest and try to eat in small portion in small time interval. hope that will help you.

Answer: Hello! It happens,few women do not face any problem in the first trimester but start experiencing in the secon trimester. Follow these, hopefully it will help you. 1. consuming more meals per day, with smaller portions may help, especially high-carbohydrate meals. 2. pregnant women with morning sickness should try to avoid having an empty stomach. 3. It has been found that women who drink a glass of water every hour are much less likely to suffer from morning sickness. Try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily.

Answer: Hii dis is morning sickness. Follow below routine everyday. It do happens in first trimester and to some mom to be face it in 2 nd trimester as well.  1 Don't skip breakfast. Eat bland toast if that's all you can keep down.  2 Eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of large meals.  3  Don't go more than 3 to 4 hours without a snack.  4 Drink plenty of water of herbal tea safe for pregnant women.  5  Take your prenatal vitamins at night or with a snack rather than in the morning  6 have ginger tea in the morning.  7 take a warm glass of water with 2spoon each added with honey and apple cider vinegar .
