The usual palpitations during pregnancy is common due to many reasons.heartbeat more than 100 is termed as Tachycardia.there could be following reasons for that:
1- stress or anxiety
2-overworking heart,as the heart has to full fill the demand of the growing baby in body
3-increase in blood volume during pregnancy
4-rapid proliferation of blood vessels
6-anemia or any other illness like thyphoid
7-excessive caffeine consumption
This could accompany with breathlessness,dizzyness and fatigue too.
1- early morning walks
2- streching exercises could release stress
3- involve in hobbies
4-mild breathing exercises could release stress too
Swelling is very normal part of pregnancy.it is usually due to water retention and more blood supply. Swelling in legs and hands is called edema,and is quite normal.it happens to keep your body soft to expand during pregnancy. Try to drink plenty of water and lower intake of salt in food. Try not to hang your legs and keep it up with support.
Question: From morning i m feeling baby movement very less n slow... Is there any problem?
Slight variation in baby movements during the day is normal as it depends on many factors like obesity, your movements,fetal position,fetal sleep,bright light, loud noise,strong smell etc.
Till the time it is regular nothing to worry
Incase of sudden fluctuations in movement it is best to consult your doctor.
Try flashing a torch on your tummy or listening to music or even talking to your baby to encourage movement
monitor the baby movements.Minimum requirement is of 10 kicks in 12 hours.
