Question: I m 32 year old housewife.I m having two children( 4+ yrs boy nd1+ yr girl) now a day i m feeling lazy nd tired.my mensuration cycle is not regular.what to do for good health.

Answer: hi first congratulations on your very good work that you are doing . definitely it is not an easy task to maintain home and kids . So t is obvious that you get tired . when your first kid is away to school , and when ur second kid is sleeping you can spend time for yourself . do whatever you like . take a nap with your kid . you can plan for a movie at weekend Or to your favourite relatives or friends home you feel comfortable and spend your time enjoyable .. once in a while you can go out for shopping or somewhere so that you could keep your mind stress free . even when you are too much stressed your periods will definitely be irregular . don't worry. Yes v do feel lazy at times , keep your menus simple play a song and make your two kids to dance , looking at them definitely you will feel energized .. these are the most precious time of their childhood . you are creating a very good memories for your kids . so keep yourself motivated be proud of yourself for the work you do .. if not you nobody else can do this for your kids . let your kids play on terrace and you go walking by side . simple exercises and keep your mind stress free . this will definitely help in regulating your periods . keep up ur good work .

Answer: Hi. Maintaining 2 kids with house work is some what difficult for u. Since sending ur boy to school try to finish ur work and take rest with ur one Yr kid. Make a schedule of ur works eah day and spend more times on relaxing and have water at regular intervals of time. Moreover u feel relaxed when u have a sleep and start ur evening work. Eat healthy and stay healthy. When ever time permits do some yoga for healthy and relaxed mind. Thank u

Answer: Hello dear. I know it may be hard but you have to get active and start exercising. Take out just 1 hour during the day either in morning or in evening and do exercises or just go for a walk or do yoga but an hour of physical activity will bring your period back to normal and make you healthy. Hope it helps.
