Answer: Hi dear your pregnancy you should get this 8 to 10 kgs of wheat and 50% weight will gain in first and second semester and rest 50% will gain in third trimester. Eat healthy and nutritious diet that rich in iron calcium and protein like your dairy products, whole grain cereals ,fruits ,vegetables, lentils, legume ,soyabean, egg, Fish, chicken. Throughout the day it small portions of food after small time interval and drink plenty amount of water. Everyday you have to consume 300 calorie extra then you regular intake, hope your baby will gain propagates, don't worry.
Question: What did should we take for baby growth... Doctor said that only your weight is increasing baby weight is not increasing much... So Saturday should i do
Answer: Doctor can prescribe some sachets to drink or else drink mama protinex twice a day and eat protein rich food, handful amount of dry fruits every day, if you can eat non veg eat 2-3 times a week chicken and eggs
