Don't give him water before meal but provide the same after meal so that he can have full diet. Give him green vegetables and fruit. Give all types of deal, paneer, banana, whole grains . U can make multigrain aata at home and give roti made of it to it baby. Make sure to give 2 serving at least of fruit vegetable dairy products and grains everyday to baby . This will assure a complete meal intake of baby everyday. Give dry fruits by making a powder of it. U will surely see a considerable difference in babies weight . Make sure to let baby have meal by themselves. This will increase their I treat towards the meal. U can also introduce high chair to make meal time interesting.
