Take folate rich foods that includes green vegetables, lentils, chickpeas..
Intake of wholegrain,millets , cereals will also help
Eat lot of vegetables and fruits which haslot of nutrients
Eat nuts, dates,dryfruit as snacks,you can also have makhana
Avoid caffeine,sugar,packed foods,pastries too
Eat home made food than food brought outside
Stay yourself hydrated, drink three litres of water a day, you can add fresh juice too
If you are a non vegetarian, chicken, egg,meat is best option you can have it weekly twice,other meat weekly once
Drink two glasses of milk daily, good for bone health
Intake of fruits and vegetables,will give you lot of nutrients needed during this phase,avoid constipation,and it helps in yielding a healthy baby,can have more water content veggies like raddish, cucumber,white pumpkin,celery, cauliflower,cabbage, bottle guard,which helps you to stay hydrated, can also have beetroot,carrot,beans, cauliflower, drumstick,green leafy vegetables,which increases iron content in your body

Answer: Hi dear, Tumi normal diet maintain Koro. Beshi fried fooj,unknk food, process food tea, coffee, carbonated fizzy drinks, etc khabe na. Tumi early morning 2 to 3 soaked almond & milk khete Paro. Break fast Roti,parota, idli, poha, upma, bread omlet, oats, cornflakes khete Paro. Mid day Ekta j kono fruits or fruits juices. Lunch e ek bowl rice, daal, two types vegetables, soyabean/paneer/ egg/ fish/chicken, doi/ raita, salad khabe. Evening e jhal Muri/ roasted chana/roasted nuts + milkshake. Dinner same as lunch but bhaater bodole roti khabe r DOI er bodole Ekta Mishti khete Paro. Bed time e ek glass dudh khete Paro jodi sojhho korte paro. There is no such special diet in hypothyroidism.you can continue taking the thyroid medicine and keep monitoring the TSH in every 5-6 weeks.eat normal food ,avoid cauliflower,raddish and cabbage.but, in moderation can be consumed though.acoid soya products too.tht interfere in thyroid function.take the medicine in empty stomach in morning for better absorption....,
