Question: I have back pain, lower abdomen pain ...leg cramps , feeling tired. Is it safe? And wt to do?

Answer: Hello dear, yes these are part of pregnancy. You need proper rest to get some relief. You can do exercisesblike back stretching, pelvic tilts etc to get some relief.

Since the baby growth pushes most of your internal organs along with pelvic bones,various kinds of pain ranging from throbbing pain to pinching pain, streching pain. They are mostly normal.
