Answer: An intramural fibroid is a non cancerous tumor that grows between the muscles of the uterus.Anterior intramural fibroid is located in front of the uterus. Your doctor will monitor these fibroids to see if the size is growing. Some treatment options are removal of the fibroid-myomectomy,hysterectomy oruterine artery embolizm etc You might feel discomfort, there are chances of early miscarriage and bleeding too.
