you will have to take a low salt intake dear. you should not add salt to rice and roti and also you need to stop eating papad or pickle if you are having also you can have salt in daal and sabzi not a problem and also no salt in the buttermilk if you are having it also. and monitor your bp everyday or every alternate day either you can visit your doctor nearby or there are bp machines that are available like from omron it is digital so you can take the reading dear. dont worry you will be fine dear. and also you need to take medicines as well dear. if you have not started taking them then you should start them after consulting with your doctor and your doctor can provide you with lobet which can help for the bp control dear.
