Answer: Hi, Seems its not due to recovery from delivery, its due to hemorrhoids.if you are constipated try to get rid of it.Dont pass stools forcibly.Hemorrhoids are present at anal openings when the stool is hard and dry,and if one forces or pushes their stool hard to come out the stool will rupture them and make them to swell and it may lead to bleeding.stool should be wet and one shouldn't force them hard to come out. If you have perineal stitch, have a look if its good and well . Eat plenty of fiber rich fruits like apples, papaya, mango.etc Eat carrots as well.its good for laxative effect and lactation too. Eat curd, cucumbers, zucchini, capsicum as well
