Answer: Hi, Seems its not due to recovery from delivery, its due to hemorrhoids.if you are constipated try to get rid of it.Dont pass stools forcibly.Hemorrhoids are present at anal openings when the stool is hard and dry,and if one forces or pushes their stool hard to come out the stool will rupture them and make them to swell and it may lead to bleeding.stool should be wet and one shouldn't force them hard to come out. If you have perineal stitch, have a look if its good and well . Eat plenty of fiber rich fruits like apples, papaya, mango.etc Eat carrots as well.its good for laxative effect and lactation too. Eat curd, cucumbers, zucchini, capsicum as well

Question: Hi I had caeserian. Now its fourth month. Till now I didn't get periods. Please tell me what's d reason. Will it b normal???
Answer: Hello! There is nothing to worry. After delivery you can also get periods after one year of delivery. It is absolutely common. Some again get it after two months of delivery also. There is no problem in either. However, if you are exclusively breastfeeding then periods may take a longer time to get normal. But if you get into relationship, make sure that you take proper precautions as there is chances of getting pregnant, even if you don't get your periods. Take care
