Massaging the cramping muscle and sometimes massaging neighboring muscles helps take away the cramp. #Add Heat: Heat can be applied to your cramping muscle using a heating pad, a microwaved heated cloth bag of rice, or some of the over-the-counter air-activated heating pads. #Epsom Salt: A warm bath can often alleviate the cramp and pain, but an Epsom salt bath is usually a little more effective. This helps you relax overall and it helps relieve the tension in your muscles. #Ice the Pain: You can wrap ice from the refrigerator or use an ice pack and apply to your cramping muscle. When you can, sit with your feet up and occasionally rotate your feet at the ankles and gently flex your feet to stretch your calf muscles. Sleep on your left side. This takes pressure off the large vein that returns blood from the lower half of your body to your heart. Be physically active every day. Take walks, ride a stationary bike, Stand or walk in the pool. Foot massage and reflexology, might help decrease foot , thigh and ankle pain during pregnancy. Also, try to take (2.4 liters) of water a day during pregnancy. Although mild foot thigh and ankle pain during pregnancy is normal, sudden pain that is painful — especially if it's in one leg only — could be an indication of a blood clot. Leg cramps during pregnancy is very normal and common and it won't harm your baby in any way so please don't worry about that leg cramp happens usually because of the way that you gain during your pregnancy and it is supported by your back and if the lower back cramps the leg might also cramp please where a pair of comfortable shoes a boy is standing for a long time and whenever you sit please try to keep your feet up apart from that you can keep waiting your toes because it is all about blood circulation in the blood circulation is well there will be less cramping ..
