Question: I cant get my sleeping position i m not comfort to sleep plz help show m postion n advice me

Answer: Hi.. Dear you can sleep on your side. Sleeping on back for a little while is ok, but not longer. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow (Maternity pillow) between your legs.
Answer: Only left side you sleep then you feels better

Answer: Dear during pregnancy due to hormonal changes some women face loss of sleep which is normal. I had it during third trimester. Answer: Hi, You can use multiple pillows to make your body comfort, one is in between legs another one is side of the back and one is down in your tummy or so, also you can use a maternity pillow. Try to sleep at your left side more and make changing your position after some time. This is only what you can do for it. Have a good sleep.
