Answer: Dear during pregnancy due to hormonal changes some women face loss of sleep which is normal. I had it during third trimester. I used to take a warm water bath before going to sleep, never slept during the day, went for an hour for walk in evening and took turmeric milk at night before sleep. All these helped. Answer: Hi, You can use multiple pillows to make your body comfort, one is in between legs another one is side of the back and one is down in your tummy or so, also you can use a maternity pillow. Try to sleep at your left side more and make changing your position after some time. This is only what you can do for it. Have a good sleep.
