Question: I can't sleep At night continuously intermittently sleep disturbances, what i have to do

Answer: Hi dear first of all you need to find out as to what is disturbing you in your sleep is it the posture of sleeping or your anxiety or your feeling hungry or there is a heartburn or there is a chest one because these things are very normal and common during your pregnancy days and you like it has happened to me that I hardly got to sleep in the entire phase so it happens, well what I would suggest that if these things are happening then please try to be as comfortable as you can be with a pregnancy a pillow maybe on C shaped pillow it will help you to support your bump and will help you in sleeping well and comfortably keep something in your bedside table 2 months at night if you feel hungry or there is a hardware not just born but please make it a habit to have your dinner 1.5-2 hrs before you go to sleep..
