Planning for pregnancy

Question: I am planning for pregnancy but I am 2-3kgs overweight.I am 31 years old . Does my weight will be an issue to get pregnant??

Answer: It's great that you are planning for pregnancy. You can lose 5 kilos before getting pregnant. Try not to gain much weight during pregnancy as well. That's why is very important from now only started eating 6-7 small meals throughout the day. Only eat home cooked, healthy , nutritious food completely avoid ,sweets fried food and junk food. Along with this do some regular workout for an hour daily hope that will help.😍
