Question: I am facing problem with breast milk supply it's very low i just do pumping not nursing directly to baby please suggest what to do to increase breast supply currently giving formula to baby most of the time

Answer: Eat Dalia,oats,fennel seeds . Eat two teaspoon of cumin powder along with milk Drink atleast 2 litres of water
