You can ask for stool softener to your doctor to get some relief from the pain and also taking sitz bath will be helpful for you. To take sitz bath you just take a bucket full of warm water and add some amount of potassium permanganate in it and sit on the warm water for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Hope it will give you some relief and also apply some amount of coconut oil on your rectal area at the time of passing motion. Hope it helps.
