Answer: No dear not at all . Dont worry change your diet with lot of fluids . Due to over heat it happens . Just avoid junk foods , masalas, which makes heat to body. By that you dont face pblm. This doesnt change any pblm in your baby growth.

Answer: Hi dear during pregnancy many women suffers from piles because of the Constitution tendency. Eat a lots of fibre in your regular diet and drink plenty amount of water. You can ask for stool softener to your doctor to get some relief from the pain and also taking sitz bath will be helpful for you. To take sitz bath you just take a bucket full of warm water and add some amount of potassium permanganate in it and sit on the warm water for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Hope it will give you some relief and also apply some amount of coconut oil on your rectal area at the time of passing motion. Hope it helps.
