Question: I am 7th month pregnant and i do have lot of body pain in morning and the time while I sleep...Can you suggest something to get body in relax state

Answer: I do not worry this is completely normal however you can try this you should take hot water compression on the back and legs this will help to give you relieve you should soak your legs in warm water for about 15 to 20 minutes which will also help you to give that relaxation you should keep your legs elevated do not walk or stand for a long time in any one position on the steps will surely help you
