Answer: Hi dear, Your fasting sugar ,though in normal range,but almost near borderline.iy is possible to inherit diabetes from your father.and Pregnancy time you are pron to get it.In pregnancy,sugar fluctuations are common.and women tend to get gestational diabetes.it is due to hormones and lifestyle.hormones you can't control,directly.so change your lifestyle by altering something's in diet and exercise.you can include lot of fibre in diet,complex carbs like oats,brown rice,whole wheat,quinoa.avoid all sugary stuff,refined food items.eat clean home cooked food.including walking daily could be sufficient to bring your sugar level in range.

Answer: the maximum sugar level without fasting during pregnancy should be 120. I had PP 150 and was asked to cut down on sugar containing food for two weeks and used to check my sugar level at home every day after 2 hours post having lunch. Now it's all normal (btwn 80-100) n I can eat as much sugar as I want since it's my 35th week. Just make sure to check ur sugar level Atleast once in two weeks.
