29 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am 7 months pregnant.while sleeping, changing the positions and getting up from bed i feel pain on vaginal area.Is it normal. Pls suggest the tips

Answer: hi , during pregnancy and at this stage , typically all internal organs undergo a shift to accomodate the baby inside , at times when you move and turn sides , the pain is normal . the uterus puts weight and thats perfectly normal.
Answer: Hello! This is absolutely normal. It happens mainly due to the weight of the growing baby. To reduce this pain, going for brisk walk might help. Also drink plenty of water. Take care
