Even am currently in 34th week of pregnancy. baby is not in head down position. Our babies are in breech position means heads up and bottom down which is not suitable for normal delivery. Till labour if the position doesnt change we have to go for c section safe for mother and baby. Dont worry ladies be strong enough to face anything.

Question: I am 32 weeks pregnant and still baby is not head down should I be Concerned
Answer:  By 29-30 weeks we expect babies to be head down, or at least breech. Begin following techniques if baby is not head down by then – • Use the Forward-leaning Inversion off the couch, for 30-45 seconds, 5-7 times in ONE day • The Breech Tilt for 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times a day. Do not sleep in bed this way. • Once or twice a day, do the Sidelying Release. Please take professional help or help of your partner to do these exercises. Watching videos of how to do these exercises might help.

Answer: Hi. Baby take cephalic position i.e head down position between 32 to 37 week. If baby doesnt take cephalic position in between its difficult that baby would do it in future. . And if baBy remains in breech position doctors would opt for c-section delivery as normal deliverybis bit risky with breech baby.
